How do I pay?

Cash on delivery to any city in the Kingdom. Card payment is coming soon.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. Every price includes 15% VAT, and your invoice shows it.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and is free over SAR 299. In Riyadh, order by 4 pm for next-day delivery (SAR 25).

Do you set up beds and electric chairs?

Yes — hospital beds and electric wheelchairs are delivered assembled in Riyadh, with a short walkthrough of their controls.

Choosing a device

Which wheelchair seat width do I need?

Measure across the hips while seated and add about 5 cm. Most adults take 46 cm; 51 cm and 56 cm suit larger frames.

Air mattress or memory foam?

An air mattress with a pump relieves pressure for someone in bed most of the day, and helps prevent bedsores. Memory foam suits someone who sleeps in the bed but is up during the day.

Within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its box. Opened personal-care items cannot be returned. See returns.
