Warranty and maintenance

Every device carries its manufacturer’s warranty, stated under Specifications on its page.

What is covered

• Manufacturing faults in the frame, motors, controls and electronics.
• Repair or replacement, at our choice, at no charge during the warranty.

What is not covered

• Wear: tyres, cushions, upholstery and batteries after six months.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or repairs by others.

How to claim

Open a request from the support page with your order number and a photo or video of the fault. We arrange collection or a technician visit in Riyadh.
