Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a device within 7 days of delivery, unused, complete and in its original box.

Not returnable

• Opened personal-care items: diapers, pull-ups, underpads.
• Items used by a patient, for hygiene reasons.

How it works

1. Request a return from your order in My account.
2. We collect it, or you drop it at the showroom.
3. Once checked, we refund within 5 business days — to your bank account for cash orders.

A fault is a warranty matter, not a return: see warranty and maintenance.
